Exporting generated notes

Open an encounter’s generated note and choose its export action.

• Copy text places readable note text on the clipboard.
• Print opens the platform print flow where supported.
• Generate PDF sends the readable note markup transiently through the relay for rendering, then opens the platform share or download flow.

1. Review and correct the generated note.
2. Open the note menu and choose Export.
3. Select copy, print, or PDF and complete the platform action.

Caution

Clipboard contents, print jobs, shared files, and downloaded PDFs are readable exports outside Maestra’s encrypted store. Protect and delete them according to the practice’s retention policy.
