Open a patient and choose the prominent assistant action. Enter a question, send it, and use follow-ups in the same encrypted patient-scoped conversation.

The client assembles the current patient record, prior visits with an available generated note or summaries, and question-relevant retrieved excerpts. It sends readable task context transiently through the relay and contracted AI processor. Stored user and assistant messages are encrypted on-device.

The displayed assistant name adapts to the account profession. Message limits and processing errors can prevent an answer. Verify every response against source records.
