Schedule options

Open Settings → Schedule Options.

• Show actual appointment times displays available transcription start and end times beside scheduled times. The control’s product label uses “appointment,” but it applies to the profession-named encounter.
• Default duration pre-fills new encounters and sets the spacing of suggested times.
• Interval between appointments adds 0 to 60 minutes of padding used when calculating suggested availability.

Choices save immediately. Suggested slots combine these values with work hours, blocked time, and existing encounters. A candidate is omitted when its duration and interval would conflict. Existing encounters may still overlap because the full date-and-time picker is not restricted to suggestions.

The next-available action searches up to 60 days ahead and is hidden when it finds no candidate.
