Delete Account

Open Settings → Help & Support → Delete Account.

1. Complete Export Patient Records. Until the export succeeds, Delete Account remains disabled.
2. Cancel any store subscription independently.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. In the confirmation dialog, tap Yes, delete my account to request the emailed code.

Caution

Confirmed deletion removes Maestra-held records and wrapped key material. It does not erase user-created backups or copies retained on another device.
