Set Up Your Profile

This step follows language or region confirmation.

1. Enter the display name.
2. Optionally choose a profile photo from the device library or take a photo where the platform offers that action.
3. Select the profession that best describes the practice, and the applicable title preference when the screen offers it.
4. Tap Save to continue to the encryption password.

Note

Profession determines whether the app says appointment or session, which of the four generated-note labels it shows, and whether the encounter assistant is Visit Assistant or Session Assistant. It also selects the starting templates.

Name and photo can be edited later. Profession, language, and region are displayed as account choices but are not editable from Settings. Generated-note and patient-form templates remain customizable.
