Patient Assistant

Open a patient and choose the prominent assistant action. Its profession-aware name is Patient Assistant, Client Assistant, or Nutrition Client Assistant.

For each question, the client can provide the patient’s current record, all prior encounters with an available generated note or summaries, and question-relevant excerpts retrieved from that patient’s transcript and note corpus. It does not search unrelated patients.

The client sends the question and assembled readable context transiently through the relay and contracted AI processor. User and assistant messages are encrypted on-device before persistent storage and remain scoped to that patient. Plan message limits and processing failures can stop a request without an answer.
