The generated note
After transcription, successful processing can create a structured generated note from the transcript and the active template. Its product name follows the profession: Consult Note, Session Note, Nutrition Note, or Therapy Note.
Open the note card to read it. Use its menu to edit, export, copy, print, or delete where offered. An edited version is stored separately from the original generated content, and later template changes do not rewrite an existing note.
Practitioner notes are separate
Section titled “Practitioner notes are separate”The encounter’s Notes surface is a free-text scratchpad for the professional. It can be used during or outside transcription and remains separate from the generated note. Assistant answers are also separate and appear in the transcript timeline as assistant exchanges.
