Update Required

This blocking screen appears when the server’s minimum compatible version is newer than the current client.

  • Web: choose Reload page to load the current deployment.
  • iOS or Android: the app checks for an over-the-air update. When one is available, choose Update to download it and reload. If no over-the-air update is available or the check fails, use the displayed App Store or Google Play download action.

The app cannot continue past this screen until a compatible client is running. A failed update can be retried; store availability remains platform-specific.
