Importing patients

  1. Open Settings and choose Import Patients.
  2. Choose an input:
    • upload CSV, Excel, ODS, JSON, PDF, or another offered document type;
    • on mobile, choose an image from the library or take a photo;
    • paste text; or
    • dictate patient details on supported native devices.
  3. Wait while the relay and contracted processors convert the submitted content into patient drafts. The source file, image, text, or dictation is transient task input and is not end-to-end encrypted during parsing.
  4. Review every draft. Edit fields, assign a Stage, remove unwanted rows, and resolve any possible-duplicate warning. A warning does not merge or discard a patient for you.
  5. Save the reviewed patients.

An empty, unreadable, unsupported, or over-limit input can fail before review. Use a supported input, reduce its size or complexity, and retry. Nothing is added until the reviewed drafts are saved.
