Open the transcript card after segments are available. The timeline orders transcribed speech and encounter-assistant exchanges chronologically. Speaker labels are generated during post-processing and require review.

Use this screen’s search action to find text inside the current transcript. This local control is separate from the Schedule list, which filters encounters only by patient name.
