Schedule

The Schedule tab switches between day and month views and moves to previous, next, or current dates. Day view places overlapping encounters side by side, shades time outside work hours, and distinguishes blocked time. When Show actual appointment times is enabled, available transcription start and end times appear alongside scheduled times.

Use the new-encounter action to schedule. Open a calendar item for a preview and then its details. Use the list action to browse encounters by date and filter by patient name.
