Your practice

Swipe from the first page of the You tab to Your practice. One period selector at the top governs everything on the page: choose today, this week, this month, or this year, and step one grain at a time with its arrows.

The selected period gives four headline figures, each with its change from the previous period:

  • completed encounters;
  • recorded absences;
  • money received; and
  • money still pending.

Below them sits the chart board, and below that, patients with pending balances, ordered by the oldest outstanding amount. Open a patient from the pending list to review their Payments ledger.

The catalogue holds twelve charts: occupancy, encounters over time, encounters by weekday, attendance mix, no-shows over time, hours booked, billed over time, received over time, outstanding over time, charges by settlement, payments by method, and new patients.

Up to twelve charts sit on the page at once. Defaults follow the account profession and are seeded once, so the page opens with something to read before any of it is arranged. Deleting a seeded chart is permanent, since defaults are seeded only that one time.

  1. Use the add action in the chart toolbar and choose a chart. A chart already on the page is not offered a second time.
  2. Use the arrange action, then drag a card into the position you want.
  3. While arranging, use a card’s delete action to remove it, and confirm when asked.

At twelve charts the add action stops offering more; delete one to make room. Every chart draws over the one selected period, so the whole page always describes the same range.

Counts and totals reflect the local synced records available to the unlocked client.
