Transcription Consent

Before the first transcription start for an encounter, Maestra asks the professional to confirm that the patient consented to recording and transcription. Confirm to store the attestation date and time and continue, or cancel without starting capture.

The screen does not collect a consent method, disclosure text, signature, recording, or patient identity proof. The timestamp is structural metadata and does not replace the professional’s legal and regulatory duties.
