New Patient

Open the add action on Patients. First name is required. Standard details, notes, patient-form-template values, patient-specific fields, phones, emails, addresses, and Stage are optional unless a copied template field is marked required.

If no stage is selected, the first configured stage is the effective default. Saving encrypts sensitive values on-device before sync.
