Open Settings → Billing.
Standard price
Section titled “Standard price”The standard price applies when a patient has no effective custom price. A price change is effective from its dated boundary forward. It does not rewrite an existing charge.
Charge encounters automatically
Section titled “Charge encounters automatically”When enabled, Maestra creates an encounter charge only after that encounter completes successful post-processing. A finished recording whose processing remains pending or fails does not satisfy that trigger. Turn the setting off to charge encounters manually.
Missed encounters
Section titled “Missed encounters”Choose one policy:
- Never charge: do not suggest a missed-encounter charge.
- Charge inside my notice window: suggest one only when the recorded cancellation notice is shorter than the configured 0, 12, 24, or 48 hours.
- Always charge: suggest every missed encounter.
A missed-encounter charge is a suggestion. The professional decides whether to apply or waive it.
